The Moon The Sun Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

The Moon The Sun

The moon winks through
The swinging boughs in silence
It alights on my bed and sleeps by
Me to whisper the song of the wind

The sun comes out from
Behind the chain of rugged hills
The golden crops shine as birds take
Dips in the simmering water of the rills
