The mortals fool
Should mortals dare trod where death has spun its deathly web
A simple gaze at night clear the thought of gloom, peace
In darkness but it shows what humans most fear when death
Turns it's gleaming features
A caress to decease, a blanket of stars lay upon the body
Of where we all will end, only will the foolish trek at the thought of
Forever living and yet immortals do exist somewhere near and dear
We do so jest at what we become but breathing and seeing keep us
Away from fate, we disgust to think of a gruesome end but this is a part
Of existence.
