The Mother Poem by Ahmad Abdullahi Dambam

The Mother

Rating: 5.0

The mother who cares about relentlessly.
A candle whose light shows the way to live.
A roof that fade to cover it's load reckfully.
A tree that raises it's hand for it's leaves.
My mother who endures all my antics.
I have grown, you have done everything.
Its you who pray for me to be quite ascetic.
For ages now, you become older, but your blessings.

Your pray Mom should never be in vain.
I can stand as a wall that can protect.
I am here for you to conquer all your pain.
Like a lion I can protect against defect.
pardon me not if I left you cry and lonely.
Mom I love you like a little bird.
