oh hie my butterfly, how is you...
what makes your eyes turn so blue...
i think i could use a fresh beginning too...
for all of my regrets are nothing new...
so may be, this is the way that i say i need You...

now when i see where i lie...
its in the past that where i die...
so 'm just learning to leave...
taking all the time, giving me a chance to breathe...
gathering myself in 'm learning to crawl...
trying to find the peace within 'm stopping this howl...
'm finding that YOU and YOU alone...
can break my fall...
'm living again, awake and alive...

'm dying to breathe in these abundant skies...

yesterday i left...
and my head kicked in...
i never knew, all my life where you've been...
i never, never thought that...
i would fall like that...
never knew that i could hurt this bad...

so this could be the way i say...
i need YOU...
this is the way that i say i love YOU...
this is the way that i say 'm YOURs this time...
and with the passing hours you're all mine...
