The Never Say Sorry Poem by Chukwuebuka Adebayo

The Never Say Sorry

Bang! ....like heavy gunshot
You feel their ego and pride
All from distances walk
How can love breathe,
In a heart made of rock
How?

Their mouth is a flash, their head is a steel
Their railings will scare demons out
They never admit, they never yield
They never will say sorry--
Where is peace in life full of pride
Where?

And when they err, they easily stumble
A weakness they never can conquer
They miss lot or say everything
Always try to keep safe from them
To them, Forgiveness is a sin-
A Holy sin.
