The New Dawn Poem by Josh Rudeha

The New Dawn

The azure sky, scattered,
And horizon sunlight drifted.
The chilly breeze wafted,
And the new day was crowned.

I wake up with nothing in mind.
All the thoughts were pessimistic,
The dreams were likely blasted by the wind.
Regardless, I was still optimistic.

What an outrageous day!
Anyway, I hoped it would be outstanding.
Hence, I concluded to follow the pathway,
Solely, Striving with tremendous yearning
