The Nightmair Poem by Nina Rindone

The Nightmair

as i lay in my bed everything lay still
everything lay silent
everything calm
then a silhouette
a silhouette i did not recognize
it scared me as it whispered somthing cold in my ear
.....it was frightning.....it was unreal
when suddenly a beautiful light shone and reassured my soul
my cold cold soul have no worries
it dosent live here, it was only a nightmair
as my life warmed and my heart no longer clenched on the inside of my chest i then was at peace,
just like the night
just like the water
just like....SHHHHHH!
shes asleep
but she had a nightmair
i heard my dear sister say as she passed by my room
with her fiance, that made me feel loved
and i no longer feared of the nightmair
