The Nocturnal Visitors Poem by Venkateswaran Krishnan Sreenivasan

The Nocturnal Visitors

Rating: 3.5

Clever crows! Don't you see my chikku tree
With the bats on their nocturnal spree
Eating all the fleshy fruits and dropping the rind
Littering the lawns that irks my mind

Why don't you make it your habitat
To scare away the pestering bat
