The Old Deed And The New Game - Poem by Rishikesh R Ranga

Seeing the “bird flu”
I couldn’t resist a single clue
All around humans suffering
And no one can actually do anything
Is this the curse of Nature?
Or is this the boom of disease
Can anybody tell me?
What’s the bird flu? ? ?
Is it a disease or is it a result?
A Result of the sin that’s done
By killing birds at the eaters fun
Still the eyes of innocent (birds that’re killed) see their hunt…
And bird flu is the conclusion! ! !

Those eyes have sensitivity
Being killed in a second with knife
They know there’s no more living
This earth has majorly all the greediest
Not even money, not even the best
Gift of God being destroyed day-by-day
Traps for ourselves aren’t being laid? ? ?

Think of this and you’ll curse yourself
For all what you did yesterday and that you did today
But there’s still tomorrow but tomorrow never comes…
So there’s no more ways to rescue this…
The bird flu isn’t a disease…
It’s a final conclusion to make you aware
That killing a living in its eyes is a curse, is a sin, is a trap
Not a business affair! ! ! And
Still the eyes of innocent (birds that’re killed) see their hunt…
And bird flu is the conclusion! ! !
Thus, the Old deed and the New game has begun…
Thus, the Old deed and the New game has begun…
