That one person you trusted
to never
ever hurt you
and you know their words are false
though they still sting you
but i know your eyes too well
so you can't lie to me
so you insult him to hurt me
because you can't insult me
but your so close
to me losing my patience
you don't want to make me hurt you
i could be an ice queen
i could be so mean
you, you used to love me
we were friends
and long ago
we were kinda more than that
but now you act spoilt
you act bratty
not at all like you used to be
all because you couldn't have me
because my heart already belonged to him
the guy you hate
but i love him
so please refrain from your cruelty
harsh words
i can tell you it hurts me more than him anyways.
