The Opposite World Poem by Nathaniel Dass

I was thinking
in an opposite world
would the people crave the darkness and shun the light
where there is light in darkness place
and darkness in light
would the light bulbs shine out darkness during the day
and strengthen the darkness by night
would the creatures of the night be pets and pets be pests
would the people kill the killer
and guards be locked up by prisoners
would gravity be in opposite
with people wearing weights
so as to not go to the moon.
or would we be living on the moon like our earth
and our earth as our moon
for any think can happen on an opposite world
where no matter what happens i am sure of just one thing
for in an opposite world the pigs shall always fly.
