The Painting On The Wall - Poem by Casey Breck

There is a painting on our wall.
It hangs there silent and still.
It has a brown frame.
The painting is of pink roses in a gold vase.
It was painted by Jenkins.
In the panting the background is a dark purple color.
My mom got it at an estate sale a few years ago.
The panting hangs in between the door and hallway.
It is a very pretty painting.
