The Pet I get

Exited pet which I get
Was at home waiting for my friend
Family planning to go out of town
Inquired me, I am with them?
Thoughts flowed in mind
Puzzled, confused, blinked….
Family waiting for answer
Don't want to give up
My friend, my entertainment
Family vanished, left alone
I was with my gadget
Watching my favorites
Wandering here and there
Waiting for my friend
My excitement made my day
I peeped out all the time
Expecting my buddy to come
Bodem strikes me hard
Tantrum drums in my mind
Don't know what to do
Thought of ringing mom
What a bad luck day
She dint picked up……
Started doing some paper craft
Troubling colored papers
Couldn't shape anything
Mindful of doubts
She'll come or not.
Fed up of waiting.
Wanted to give her a ring.
But ringing item was unavailable.
My mind exploded with anger
Continued with my gadget
Heard grandpa's bike
With raging furious face
Received them with fiery face
Brother told me - "a surprise"
Heard a voice of a bird
Opened parcel with two chicks
Inside out happy
I got a pet I got a pet
I always wanted one for myself
Phoned my friend spitted out
My anger agony furious everything
But told her that
I got a pet as companion
I don't need her
Thus, I got a pet
Longed for years…….
