The Player And The Game Poem by Chris Hall

The Player And The Game

Rating: 4.5

They say a player always keep his game tight
And always gets the girl if he spits his game right
But what happens when the player finds himself slippin’
Fallin’ so fast and deeply in love with a girl
That he can’t separate his past life, from his new world
I can’t say because this is a new feelin’
A one of a kind bran-new emotion
A new game plan that changed the game and put the field in motion
I think… this player, just maybe, fell in love
