(!) The Prevailing Truth Poem by Alice Cuenca

(!) The Prevailing Truth

Rating: 5.0

A shadow, maybe
in murkiness, I am.
But still grasp the reality
of your conviction.

I may wander blindly
but i am not lost

I may be a slain warrior
but unwounded

A worm gnawing a stone
in looping hunger
is as compelling as the
constant drip of elixir...

Love extended still prevails

It's not hard to find the truth. What is hard is not to run away from it once you have found it.
