The Princess Poem by Darren Tyler Howard

The Princess

A fair maiden lies wait in a far away tower
Perhaps enchanted by a magical spell
Lying in wait: It is her darkest of hours
Dreaming of escape- from her well kept Hell.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
We are all waiting for something or someone due to the restrictions placed on our lives by both internal and external forces; unfortunately we make our life a very aesthetically pleasing hell during that waiting period rather than trying to escape and live and love without restrictions.
