The Privacy Of Glorious Light Poem by Dr. Ramesh Chandra Mukhopadhyaya

The Privacy Of Glorious Light

A privacy of glorious light is hers

Could anyone tear it asunder

And reveal the farce?

it is the ordinary uncouth woman

Come from Mars

It is the ordinary uncouth man

Hunchbacked and harsh

Mounted on a kangaroo and a cobra

Pronouncing a curse upon the halleluja

Of modern civilisation
