The Psychologist Poem by Lee Chambers

The Psychologist

They say I'm a psychologist.
But when I look in the mirror,
What do I see?

The man looking back at me
Seems to be many things,
But not a psychologist.

Sometimes I see a scientist.
Adept in research and
Excelling with findings.

I also see a philosopher.
Obtaining and utilizing knowledge,
And applying it to reality.

An entrepreneur is there for sure.
Creatively finding inventive solutions,
And having the ambitions to follow them.

Perhaps I'm like soup.
A mix of ingredients so uniquely strung,
Yet together, a perfect blend.

That's me. The "psychologist."
