The Rain's Lament Poem by Strydar Enox

The Rain's Lament

From days to nights from nights to days;
Life diminishes no more games.
The Rain has been falling the skies have turned black.
tears once spouted now shed with blood.
Sorrow unveiled the sun is gone.
Darkness surrounds me, sadness becomes me.
Each experiences teasing me pleasing me in all the wrong ways.
The shadows the walk, my emotions shall talk.
Screaming mind demands reprieve.
Yet we know it has been deceived.

Sadness is me the rain is falling,
Darkness was me my light has gone. Passing over the lands I pour my soul.
Dousing, soaking all in my downpour.
Tears they swell, my eyes are broken,
Leaking liquid pouring emotion.
I take my hand and I wipe them clean, yet still the pain still the pain.

Madness circles me. Insanity tortures me.
All that I knew is lost and uncertain.
No one is left. They all are gone.
And with them my heart they gorged themselves upon.
My laments they ring. My pains they sing.
Will my suffering ever end?

Tears of sorrow, Tears of blood.
Pains of lost, Pains of love.
My soul it pleads for this torture to end.
My body it screams at the shadows within.
Saying lies to hurt, Spewing pain to damage
Now this recollection is all I can manage.

Quickly it glints, faster it tints.
Red with blood as the fissure drips.
Cold as ice, yet hotter than fire,
It cuts and slashes my emotional desires.
Faster I bleed, my vision impeded.
Yet every moment spent in pain I feel even more alive.
