The Reflection - Poem by Becca Diolosa

sitting in the dark
starring at the wall
Into the mirror that reflects who you really are
Tiny specks of light creep through unterneath the door

everything piles upon the floor
life slips by everytime i look inside the mirror
i come to find the feelings kept within as i look
at the reflection, seeing the people i befriended
baring the thoughts of them lying

seeing my eyes water up into tears as i begun to cry
fears run through my mind
time slips by so fast
everything cant last what i have

only yesterday is all i have left of you
i always seem to fall
no one will ever catch me as i fell
screaming at the relfection
knowing how i truley am

a stupid fool...
