The Resident Of My Mind Poem by Roy Sumner

The Resident Of My Mind

She entered on a hazy night

Without delay she shined

Gleaming like the brightest light

Residing in my mind

Her age may be deceiving

At one and twenty years

No trouble in believing

A gem among her peers

Effluent with love and care

A radiant open fist

She hasn't quite been everywhere

But it's written on her list

The most beautiful girl i know

Enamored to the end

Through all the good and all the woe

My dearest friend

A very beautiful and endearing poem. I hope whoever she may be was very impressed with it.
