The Ring's Of Bound Poem by Pamela E. Shannon

The Ring's Of Bound

As I sat on the steps of the night we met
I smelt nights aroma of mist as heavenly and warm
Drops of rain shine of stars of night
We were both past our hour of time
I saw something in him that no others had seen
Even it was as first sight
As the time went on we grew together as wild
flowers so heavenly
We rang bells of chimes of flowers so
heavenly a ground
Our rings are as one
We may have parted at times
But we always joined as one and stayed
as one
As the one I love
I hope the rings of bound will never break
But only when one is laid to rest
Until we meet in heavenly golden gates
And there we will be joined
Are souls to meet again in the heavenly gate
Because I love you Burdette Shannon
