The Road Taken By Robert Poem by Peter Flynn

The Road Taken By Robert

Where are you going to young man?
Said a disembodied voice
I'm going back to where I can
Make yet another choice

There is no other road for you
Besides the one you've taken
The other vanishes like the dew
Once it is forsaken

The other path he'd never know
Once the coin was tossed
Without rain and without snow
And certainly without Frost
