The Rooster Poem by John Ackerman

The Rooster

32 years of creation for the legend that you're witnessing
None can disagree I spin bars like rotisserie
You wanna know what flow is to me well it's no mystery
Imagery mixed with symmetry beautiful thoughts pour free
The rebirth of chivalry it's opened all these doors for me
It's factual I'm blessed with natural ability
But to me it's actually valuable having lateral agility
It's side stepping off ankles when I'm beatin them tackles
It's pride wrecking off angles when I meet in them battles
But I'll be needin' them shackles I'm locking the game down
And raising eye brows like I'm rocking with Dwayne now
Never the same wavelength if we're comparing thoughts
Cause I'm colder than minus fifty and I'm wearing shorts
