The Sarcasm Of Love Poem by Emmanuel Baah

The Sarcasm Of Love

The sarcastic nature of love

Don't look promising

Either the way

You need to be loved

But wait, Are you ready?

For the twilight of it

Oh wow!

I just forgot

To tell you what it takes

Experience with pains

To love someone

Many love for wealth

Others love for lust

But who loves to keep

That's hard to asked

Our generation

Just talk about love

But don't know the price it takes

So much sorrows

I heard stories about love

Come close and listen

I don't know

How to start

I need to paraphrase my words

Okay, love is precious

But I heard people love to kill

Just ask yourself

Is that so?

It do sound ridiculous

But I have many to say

But need to keep my pulses close

Because, the sarcasm of love

Is tedious to talk about

I hope that helps.
