The Silent Love Poem by Arunachalam Ramasami

The Silent Love

Title: The Silent Love

Thousand love may be there
The first love is the filial care
Many praise the love of the mother
And take it for granted the love of the father.

Both the love sing the lullaby
To comfort the cute baby
The mother's voice sounds aloud
The father's silence is to make you proud.

His concern is to uplift your stature
Always bettering it is his nature
He never utters his words emphatic
Though his deeds towards you are sympathetic.

He believes that you are his gem
And protect you when others condemn
He is delightful to see your achievement
And facilitates aptly for your entertainment.

He observes his self in your self
Dreaming you're in the safe hands of the elf
His heart always beats for your security
If you realise it, it is your safety.
