The Skin Knows - Poem by Ayan Dasgupta

Want to feel another breath –
Another life?
See, how it feels a lot different.

Feeling another skin
Is distantly charming
And sometimes it is painful,
Sometimes contagious
And you are touched with the passion

Don’t be oblivious to unknown touch –
You don’t have to;
The skin knows what is alien.

This is no fantasy,
Lives are fusing...
Now with every touch
You can see deaths in broad daylight.

    Deh Vimarsh

Phir se pehli bar sanson ke sansarg se
    gujrana chahta hoon
    Dekhna chahta ki
yeh sansparsh kitna alag hota hai

    Dusre deh ko mahsoosana
pehli bar hone wali barish ki sondhi mehak si
ya phir amrai mein aksmat hone wali meethi chuvan
ya man ka phir se navjat ho jane ki tarah sankramak hai
Aur aap aaweg se shikt ho bhingte rehte hai

anjan cchuan se aap vismrit na ho
    tumhe hone bhi nahin chahiye
    deh janta hai
    naya kya hai/pratikul kya hai

    kalpna nahin hai yeh
    jeevan bhar bhar raha hai
    pratyek sparsh se
app dopehri dhoop mein sanson ki garmahat se nikalti mritu (Death) ko dekh sakte hain.
