The Skin Knows Poem by Ayan Dasgupta

The Skin Knows

Want to feel another breath –
Another life?
See, how it feels a lot different.

Feeling another skin
Is distantly charming
And sometimes it is painful,
Sometimes contagious
And you are touched with the passion

Don’t be oblivious to unknown touch –
You don’t have to;
The skin knows what is alien.

This is no fantasy,
Lives are fusing...
Now with every touch
You can see deaths in broad daylight.
