The Slipp Poem by Jamie Dewyer

The Slipp

Rating: 5.0

peace with you goes
the window shows
another side
of lies

you wait without food
without
water
trees grow old and die
inside your mouth

we keep freedom starving
on faith and splinters
from our fathers wars

i hear the drums loud
bloom and shake the ear canal
the voice is always screaming
'world without end'

the last push towards eternity
he favors only fools
