The Smile That Stabs Poem by *Tony Cemaluk Egbuonu

The Smile That Stabs

Good to everybody?
Not good to anybody.
At all.
For nobody robs Peter to pay Paul and calls it virtue.
Two-faced hands of Janus.
Promises in front, daggers behind.
Hallmark of the double-edged sword.
