The Storm Within-1 Poem by ashok jadhav

The Storm Within-1

The sky grows dark as if it knows my mind,
A restless wind shakes branches to the ground.
The river churns, its surface torn and wild,
Reflecting every fear I do not name.
The clouds roll heavy, pressing on the hills,
And in their weight I feel the pulse of doubt.
The trees sway violently, yet do not break,
As if their roots remember steadiness.
I walk among them, trembling with my thoughts,
Each step uncertain, caught between desire
And fear that drags the heart into itself.
The storm will pass, as all things pass in time,
But in its mirror, I have seen my face:
A mind unsettled, seeking quiet ground,
A soul aware of chaos yet unbound.
