The Sun Laments Poem by Sankaranarayanan Madavu

The Sun Laments

Rating: 3.0

I have to rise, whether sun or rain,
no scope for skulking, but have to shine.
Can rest or sleep throughout the night,
but be in time at dawn to lighten the horizon,
and brighten the day.
No lethargy, no delay,
everything depends on me, the world in total...........

What a dog's life to lead! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
