The Tale Of Heroes Poem by Timothy muggaga

The Tale Of Heroes

He who has seen no fangs,
has seen no python.
He who has sailed no storms,
has harbored on no ocean
He who has swallowed no dust,
has bore no great fall

He who has felt no sharp claws,
has never met a lion.
He who has not seen darkness,
has not battled temptation.
He who has not been naked
has not felt the sting of cold

The world has more than fate,
the horror of our dreams.
Life is more than pain,
the tears that tear our hopes
Sorrow has more than mourning,
despair in a nutshell.
