The Talents Click Here To Listen To My Talents - Poem by Susan Braxton

I am as happy as I can be!
Because you recognized one of
the wonderful talents God gave to me.
I thank God and all of you from the bottom of my
trained heart
This is a very good place to start.

When I received the good news I was very surprised:
Tears of joy fell from my eyes.
My happiness almost reached the sky.
To me this was a tremendous prize.
More than I think you will really realize.

When I write my hand moves like the wheels
smoothly across the page.
My mind acts as if it is really engaged.
It makes me think that I am an actress on a wonderful
world wide stage.
