The Things Around Poem by Leaking Pen

The Things Around

My Love is here and there
My Love is everywhere
Flying from place to place
With a smile on its face
Defying time and age
For such Love does not change
Living in tall mountains
Over running fountains
Sleeping in Nature's breast
Where there lies its true nest

My love to the eye is not visible
Nor is it something quite impossible
My Love is not an exceptional case
Nor does it belong to a single place
But a feeling that comes from high above
Telling me: 'The things around I must Love'
What e'er they are,
If near or far,
As long as I live,
As long as I forgive,
As long as my heart beats,
Until with death it meats,
I must love: The things around I must Love!
