Saying “I LOVE YOU” is easy…
But demonstrating love is difficult.
It requires learning what your partner really wants.

I want you to know me… to know the person deep within me…
I want you to know me, like no one in this world do.

I want you to listen to me…
To really hear my heart,
I want to be unafraid to express all my feelings for you.
And I want you to talk to me like lovers do.
Talking about the things that really matters.

Every time I sense your openness and honesty with me,
I feel valued in this relationship…

I want your touch…
For I believe that genuine affection can heal so many hurts.
A warm hug or a gentle caress…
Will make me feel connected to you.

These are the things you can give me,
The things I want from our love…
