The Title Is: if Poem by Kathy L. Glover

The Title Is: if

If all the world I chose to see.
I'd live and love and be set free.
I'd come and go as I always do.
Oh how I wish I could do that with you.

If I could jump up so very high.
I'd land with a thump and never die.
I'd be who I always wanted to be.
Oh how I wish you all could see.

Now if I knew that it was possible to love.
I'd know when it's time so please don't shove.
I hear your heartbeat with barely a sound.
Oh how I wish my heart could be found.

If is the question for all to see.
Isn't it time you listen to me.
Be who you are and be who you will.
Oh it's time for my reality pill.
