The Trial Poem by Seema Bakshi

The Trial

He began with a word
and ended and all was heard

The mightiest of his pitch
The lowest of his tone
The squeal, the laughter
Tut, tut what a bad world! ! !

He drew the attention
of all,
from the tallest in the crowd
to the shortest of them all

The trial
He rode with tight reins
He won his life back
By n by hanging 'em
to the wall! ! !
