The Valley Of Enchantment Poem by Peppino Vlannes

The Valley Of Enchantment

When a gentle breeze is whisp'ring
in the glamour of the night,
as it brings in ling'ring fragrance
it completes a dream's delight.
Then my thoughts are fondly roving
to a spot I'll always know
in the Valley of Enchantment
it's the place I often go. When the night is full of splendor
as a bright moon softly gleams,
when the Milky Way is leading
to my sylvan land of dreams,
then it's there I will be heading
for another rendezvous,
in the Valley of Enchantment
where I always am with you.
