The Versatile Egg



Eggs are such a special dish-
You can make them however you wish.
Sunny side up
In a boloney cup.
Gently poached
Served with toast
Scrambled with cheese,
If you so please
An Italian frittata…
I like it a lotta.
A French omelet
Is a good bet.

Any way they're on a plate-
As long as their hot, they all taste great!
