The Victim Poem by fbp poetry

The Victim

in fury
was my house divided
broken into shambles
shattered at my door step
there was my brother
helpless he seems
armed at arm
though; he could not help
while the whole places got shattered
in sorrow he wept
in anguish we laughed
when help was far at reach
they drank to our failure
harmed at the even
feared at all odds
households scattered around neighborhood
arms at lenght
afraid to abreast closeness
whisphers from the far end
voices were fainty
when i try to get closer,
i might be just the next victim
