The Walls Poem by Grisella Ventura

The Walls

There are just too many walls,
The walls that always try
To keep us apart.

As you try to break them down,
But new ones come up.
It's like it may never end,
But keep on trying and you never give up.

There are just too many walls,
But you still want my love,
And you fight back and you may never leave,
No matter how hard they try.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This peom is about a girl and a boy that fall in love but the parents and that friends of the girl doesn't want her to be with him. The boy tries to solve the problems but new ones come up. This is what I think love in life is like, no matter what you do there will be more problems to face.
