The Way I Do Things Poem by Jerry Abrahamson

The Way I Do Things

I have always loved
The way I do things
It's different from most people
Because I've lived a different life

When others were playing sports
I was writing poetry
And drawing up pictures
Of buildings and designs

So, who had the better childhood
Is the question I ask
THe one who was an athlete
Or the arts and crafts person
