The Way You Make Me Feel Poem by Katheryn Foley

The Way You Make Me Feel

The way you talk about our life,
Makes me believe that I'm your wife,
To stay with you through everything,
Good or bad until the end.

The way we think of the same things,
Makes me believe that we are meant to be,
The happiness your smile brings,
Opens my heart so I can see.

We are made for each other,
You are my love,
Sent here to find me,
With your spirit,
White as a dove,

I'll save you, and you'll save me,
As long as we love each other together we'll be,

Your drawings bring comfort.
Your spirit so free,
It's hard to grasp the fact that you love me.
