The Weight Of Fate Poem by Cotter Li

The Weight Of Fate

The weight of fate,
So heavy, so heavy.
How can I raise you
To the height of sublimity?

The weight of fate,
So heavy, so heavy,
If I want to release,
So easy, so easy.

So easy, so easy,
With its great weight,
So heavy, so heavy,
It falls at the rate
I cannot hold tight
With whatever might
Into the depth of the dark
Without any trace of life's spark.
