The days that passed in solitude, were winter in my soul,
The grief that was within me cost, as ransom paid in toll.
What lifted me? I cannot say but time was surely there,
My spirit filled with spring again, warmth and color fair.
Such pleasure should be shared, with one who understands,
That the ecstasy of whispers can move as deftly as the hand.
The mind beholds a beauty, that the eyes could never see,
Of the deep and inner person that waits in you and me.
The life born of such a union, would not be flesh and blood,
But kindred heart and spirit, like a flower in the bud.
Can you join me on this path? Our journey is not done,
It will only be beginning, when we unite as one.
