The Wild One Poem by Christine A Kysely

The Wild One

Oh mythical creature
Ringed in glorious hair…
Eyes so bright
Nostrils flared.

Lips which so dare
One might compare
To words ever unspoken.

The winds of change
Seem tame
As opposed to her.

There is a wildness to her vision…
And you can tell that she
Has never been possessed
Or held, by just one lover…

And she will not succumb
To just anyone.
She is she, herself, the one…
The Wild One.
