The Wizard Of Wonderland Poem by Braxton Hogan

The Wizard Of Wonderland

Rating: 3.0

The door to Wonderland is locked and I'm too small to hold the key.
Got struck by lightning as I tried to fly over the rainbow.
Where's my magical land?
How do I find my Oz?
I have no escape.
Nothing and no where I can go to when I need to leave this world for a while.
Forever.
Even the land in my head is evading me now.
Guess I'm not welcome anywhere.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I wrote this not long after I saw Oz: The Great and Powerful. I was in a dark time of my life.
