The Work I Do Poem by Nicholas Wayde Turner 24

The Work I Do

Sometimes forgiveness takes a little work.
Sometimes forgiveness takes a little patience.
Some people can do it in an instant.
Some people do in a year.
For me, I use to be able to forgive in that instant.
But no it takes much longer.
I sometimes wonder why it takes me so long.
I sometimes wonder why I hold it in.
There may not be a real answer.
All I can do is pray and work on myself.
