The World Elixir Poem by Olatubosun David

The World Elixir

I'm the tune that rings in the air
The voice
That echoes atop a thousand hills
Preacher, silenced and relegated
To the obscured valley of your heart
The light you refused to let shine.

The world is sick
Confusion overtakes the earth
Everyone fumbles around
For obstructing my path
I am the world's elixir
I'm the love you refused to let reign

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The world becomes what it is today because love is lost among men.
