Each day, they awake,
Their heads still hurt, their arms still ache.
They each, must pray,
Before they work, their childhoods away.
In the blazing, sun they stand,
Waiting for, their dreaded command.
No one dares, to make a sound,
For what will happen, if they are found?
In their sorrows, they must drown,
For all their hopes, have fallen down.
Every second, is filled with fear,
All their hands, hold a fallen tear.
Nobody knows, nobody cares,
Their lives are full, of holes and tears.
They watch the others, grow and learn,
While their chance has gone, with no return.
They now must go, to mend the seams,
In The World of Broken Dreams.

That is very well written and telling in our world where poverty affects so many. How lucky are we who are blessed to escape such a fate
